The Berean Lawn

Have you been wanting to try yoga? This mini-course is perfect for those who have been curious to know what yoga is all about and for those who have practiced yoga in the past but want to dive a little deeper. Regardless of flexibility, physical condition or age, yoga is accessible for everyone! This ‘practice’ boasts numerous health benefits including strength building, increased mobility and stress relief for a healthy, long life.

We’ll start with a discussion on what yoga is and explore the relationship between yoga and life as a Christian. We’ll go over the basic postures such as downward facing dog and end our session with a mini ‘flow’ to tie all the postures together.

All are welcome! Please dress comfortably and bring a beach towel or yoga mat.
